Suggest a better descriptionSlice cabbage finely and toss with salt. Toss through the carrot, bean sprouts, fresh herbs and peanut dressing just before serving.
Peanut sauce. 1/3 c peanuts toasted , 2 Tbsp soy sauce. 1 Tbsp soy sauce. 1tbsp malt vinegar. 1 Tbsp honey. 2 cloves garlic, crushed. 1cm ginger, crushed. 1 Tbsp peanut oil. 1 tsp sesame oil.
Place all the dressing ingredients together in a small food processor and whiz until smooth.
