Fennel gives this coleslaw a new twist. For an extra fast and easy coleslaw, look for preshredded cabbage in the produce section of your grocery store.
Place fennel, green cabbage, red cabbage and scallions in a large mixing bowl.
In a seperate small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, truvia, tabasco and vinegar. Season with celery seed, salt and pepper.
Toss dressing and vegetables together. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
