"Been making these for years. Love them. I only use the bread machine yeast. I also only use Gold Meadow Better For Bread Flour. These are delicious to add pepperoni and cheese to make pepperoni rolls."

Ingredients

1 c Water
2 tb Margarine; softened
1 Egg
3 1/4 c All-purpose flour
1/4 c Sugar
1 ts Salt
3 ts Regular active dry yeast
3 ts Bread machine yeast
Margarine; or butter, melted

Original recipe makes 15 Servings

Preparation

Place all dough ingredients in the bread pan in the order listed. Select SWEET DOUGH cycle. Grease a cookie sheet. Divide dough into 15 pieces. Shape each piece into ball. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Brush with margarine. Cover; let rise 30 to 40 minutes or until double. Heat oven to 375 F. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. These rolls are the BOMB! I did exactly as the recipe instructs and then used my muffin tins the second time I made them. They more than doubled in size!!! Thanks for the recipe!!
