Grilled Pork Tenderloin marinated and grilled
Mix all the ingredients in a 1 gallon zip lock bag and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours.
Heat grill (preferably charcoal). Place tenderloin on grill high heat with Charcoal on the highest rack with the top open for 1 minute on each side to sear in the juices. Lower the charcoal rack to the middle position or turn down the heat to medium. Grill until tenderloin reaches an internal temperature of 155 degrees. Remember it will cook another 5 degrees after removed from the grill. Remove from grill and cover with a cloth napkin for 20 minutes.
Slice tenderloin into 1/2 to 3/4 inch slices and it is ready to serve.
