Lightly coat both sides of Flatout® with canola oil,( I use a canola oil spray) sprinkle one side with cinnamon & sugar.
Bake in 350°F oven directly on grate for 3 minutes. Remove from oven & place scoops of ice cream evenly across the Flatout®.
Sprinkle with fruit & lightly drizzle each scoop of ice cream with
chocolate & caramel sauce. Top ice cream scoops with whipped cream and a berry of your choice. Party time!
