You can really add any fruit you like to this. Really fresh, sweet and refreshing!
Press cookie dough evenly onto a lightly greased 12" pizza pan. Prick with a fork, and bake at 375? for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool.
Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread over cooled crust. Peel and slice kiwi fruit, slice the strawberries, and slice the banana and toss with lemon juice to prevent browning. Arrange all the fruit on top of the crust and chill before serving.
