Suggest a better descriptionPress sugar cookie mix into pizza plate and make sure you have an edge. Cook at 350 until golden brown (as per instructions). Set aside to cool.
With a beater, mix the cream cheese, about half a container of cool whip, 1/3 cup powdered sugar and 1 tsp vanilla. If you like the mix sweeter, add a bit more powdered sugar. You want it to be a little firm, not too runny.
“Frost” the cookie with the cream cheese mixture to about ½ - ¾ inch thick. Add the fruit on top in whatever pattern you like. Refrigerate the pizza until time to serve. It gets runny quickly in the heat!!
