Try this Fruit Pizza recipe, or contribute your own.
Suggest a better description*strawberries, bing cherries, apricots green grapes, peaches, kiwi, blueberries (frozen will work, but drain), etc. Heat oven to 375. Mix Bisquick and 1/4 c. sugar. Cut in shortening until crumbly. Press firmly and evenly on bottom and up sides of lightly greased 12" pizza pan or fluted quiche pan.. Bake until light brown, 8-10 min. (burns easily--watch after 7 minutes!) Cool. Beat cream cheese, 1/4 c. sugar, vanilla and almond extract in small bowl an low until smooth. Add whipping cream, beat on medium speed until stiff peaks form. Spread over crust. Arrange fruits over cream mixture. Heat jelly over low heat until melted and pour over fruit.
