Try this Oven Roasted Red Potatoes with Rosemary and Garlic recipe, or contribute your own.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Pare a narrow strip of peel from the middle of each potato. In a large bowl mix the oil, garlic, and rosemary; add the potatoes and toss well. Transfer the potatoes to a shallow baking pan and roast until potatoes are tender when tested with the tip of a knife. Serve hot.
These can also be chilled and served with fried chicken or ham.
This recipe is going to become a tradition in this house.

aphilbeck8 3y agoI have made these so many times with different olive oils and the one that is best for me is Trader Joes EVOO all natural and cold pressed. It has a robust, fruity flavor, and drizzled on any potatoes for this recipe . Im just very impressed with this recipe.Thanks for posting!

shazzi 4y agoVery Yummy - boiled them for a few minutes before then tossed them in the drained pot with oil, garlic and rosemary before placing in oven dish and into the oven.
Tatumpate 4y agoI added crushed red pepper and Parmesan. Yummy!!!
