Here is how to make a luscious Peanut Butter Pie. It is a great combination of peanut butter, cream cheese, confectioner's sugar, and whipped cream, poured into a chocolate crust and frozen. If you need a quick and easy-to-make romantic dessert for Valentine's Day, this pie will be great!
In a large bowl, beat 4-oz. cream cheese, 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar, 1/2 cup peanut butter, and 1/4 cup milk until completely blended. Gently fold in whipped topping. Pour mixture into an 8-inch chocolate pie crust. Top with chopped Reese's cups candy. Freeze at least 2 hours. This may be served straight from the freezer, or you may let it soften a bit. This is a gorgeous, romantic pie that is very little trouble to make. Just start early enough to allow the filling to freeze all the way through! Happy Valentine's Day!
