1. In a medium bowl combine eggs and pepper, set aside
2. Lightly coat a large broiler proof skillet with cooking spray. Cook onions in skillet over medium heat until tender. Stir in salmon and dill. Pour egg mixture into skillet over salmon. As mixture sets, run a spatula around edge of skillet, lifting egg mixture so the uncooked portion flows underneath. Continue cooking an lifting edges until almost set (surface will be moist).
3. Place skillet under the broiler 4-5 inches from the heat. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes or until top is just set. Sprinkle with cheese.
