Delicious, warm, vegetarian and simplistic soup
1. Heat the oil over medium-high heat
2. Add the onions and saute until lightly brown
3. Add lentils and toss around for a couple of minutes
4. Add vegetables broth and stir
5. Cover and let simmer over medium heat for 45 - 60 minutes, until the lentils are soft
6. Add cumin, turmeric, and salt (you can add some lemon juice if you want at this stage)
7. Blend with (hand) blender
8. Serve (garnish if desired) and enjoy!
