Carrot cake
Set oven at 300 degrees
Gresse a 13x9x2 inch. pan
Combine the sugar,eggs and oil at medium speed for 3 minutes
Add dry ingredients and beat for at low speed for i minute.
Stir in grated carrots and nuts.
Spread batter into greased pan.
Bake for 1 hour,or until cake is done.
Test cake using a toothpick. inserted in center of cake until it comes out clean
Cool and frost if desire
