1. Soak all dried Beans together at least 12 hours in cold water. Rinse before cooking.
2. Cook Beans with Bay Leaf and Turmeric for 2 hours in water or stock.
3. Add all chopped vegetables and 2 TBsp Thyme to soup pot, and cover with stock.
4. Cook soup on medium, adding more water or stock as necessary until ingredients cook down, about 30-40 minutes.
