Base mix for our antojito app
1. Warm cream cheese in a bowl over a double boiler to make it easier to work with for 5 minutes
2. In a food processor, blend the jalapenos, oil, pepper and red peppers into to a paste
3. add the paste into the cream cheese. use immersion blender to combine mixture into a smooth spread
4. Transfer to a Cambro, label and date for service
NOTE: To Prepare Antojitos
1. Take 2 tortilla shells (12"), overlapping by half
2. Spread about 5 ounces of the mixture over the entire surface right to the edges
2. sprinkle 1oz each of sliced green onion, bacon bits and shredded cheese evenly
4. Roll TIGHTLY, wrap in a liner and place in an airtight bag for service
