1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In bowl, combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt
3. In blender, blend juice and apples until smooth.
4. Pour blender mix into bowl of dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Add juice to thin if needed.
5. Transfer batter to oiled 8" square (or similar) baking dish.
6. Bake 45 min or until lightly browned.
7. Cover with glaze.
Refrigerate leftovers and use within 3-4 days, or freeze.
Cinnamon Maple Glaze
1. Combine maple syrup, butter, cinnamon, and vanilla in small bowl. Mix thoroughly.
Yield = 1/4 cup. Refrigerate leftovers and use within 5-7 days.
