Suggest a better description1. Melt 1 tbsp butter in large, nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onion, cranberries, sage and garlic. Saute 4 min. Add apple and 1/4 tsp. salt. Cook 4 min. Cool mixture, stir in cheese. Remove to a bowl. Wipe skillet.
2. Cut pocket in each chop, leaving 3 sides intact. Stuff each chop with mixture, skewer pockets closed with toothpick. Season with remaining salt and dust in flour.
3. Melt remaining butter in skillet over medium heat. Add chops, cook for 8 min, turning once. Pour broth around chops, cook another 4 min or until cooked through. Remove to platter and cover in foil.
4. Add apple juice to foil in skillet, whisk in mustard. Bring to a boil and cook until sauce is reduced by half. Strain through a fine-meshed sieve.
5. remove toothpicks from chops, pour sauce over. Serve with sugar snap peas and mashed potatoes.
