Simple recipe, great for a last minute dessert. I replace rolled oats with quinoa flakes and flour.
Prepare apples. Place in a baking pan. Combine brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl. Mix well. Stir in butter until mixture is crumbly. Spread over apples. Bake 350F for 30-35 min or until apples are tender and topping is golden brown.
