2. Combine oats, flour, cinnamon, baking powder, nutmeg, and salt in a large bowl.
3. In another bowl, whisk applesauce, Splenda, egg, and vanilla.
4. Pour the liquid mixture into the dry and combine.
5. Add the apple and stir.
6. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
7. Bake until firm and lightly golden. 25 minutes
