Suggest a better descriptionPound Chicken between waxed paper until thin like cutlet. Dip each breast in flour with salt and pepper. Melt butter in large skillet and saute' each piece, 2 min. on each side. drizzle with lemon juice on each side. Transfer breasts to 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Saute' mushrooms in butter left in skillet. Spoon mushrooms and drippings over chicken along with diced artichokes Pour cream over all. Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese on each piece. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley before serving
