Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 350. Cut chicken breast in half. Place in casserole dish. Cover with cream of mushroom soup. Place sliced provolone cheese over chicken so that chicken is covered. Put more or less cheese depending on preference. Cover. Cook wild rice. Cook in oven 40 minutes, use probe to check chicken is cooked through.
Uncover. Sprinkle croutons on top. Cook for 15-20 minutes until cheese and croutons are browned. You may need to set over to broil is not browning. Serve over wild rice.
