Overnight coleslaw
Combine cabbage, onion, pepper,in large bowl. Sprinkle all sugar over top. Combine rest of ingredients in saucepan, bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and immediately pour over cabbage mixture, do not mix!!! Cover, refrigerate 24 hours. Stir right before serving.
