Baked apples with cinnamon, pistachios and dried cranberries.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
In a small bowl, mix well butter, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Generously spoon butter mixture into each apple. Pour brandy over the stuffed apples. Top each apple with pistachios and cranberries.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Let apples cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
