Baked beans
Preheat oven to 350.
Coat a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
Cook bacon until almost crispy. Transfer to towel lined dish. Discard all but 1 tblsp drippings.
Add onion and garlic to skillet. Cook until onion is soft - about 5 minutes.
Deglaze skillet with bouron - cook until nearly evaporated.
Stir in all beans, brown sugar, tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, worcestershire, bacon and tabasco.
Do not cook in skillet any further. Transfer beans to baking dish and bake until bubbly - about 30 minutes.
