Suggest a better descriptionPreheat the oven to 320°F. Add the butter or ghee, lemongrass and ginger to a medium pot. Turn the heat on low and stir often for 20 to 30 minutes until the flavours have infused. Make sure it does not boil once infused. Add the turmeric and stir. Rub the oil on to the broccoli florets, sprinkle with salt and put into the oven to bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Strain the contents of the pot and drizzle or toss through the broccoli. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
