Heat 1 quart of milk until very warm. Remove from heat and beat in 4 eggs, sugar, and extracts. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole and sprinkle with nutmegs. Place casserole dish into larger pan of hot water and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
