Banana Cake
1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
2. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
3. Add mashed banana and mix thoroughly.
4. Stir soda into the hot milk and add to creamed mixture
5. Sift flour and baking powder together, stir into mixture
6. Turn into a greased and lined 20cm round cake tin
7. Bake at 180degC for 50min or until cake springs back when lighted touched
8. Leave in time for 10in before turning onto a cooling rake
The mixture can be baked in two 20cm round sandwich tines at 180degC for 25min, when cold ice
