If you have over ripe bananas and want a change from making bread. This is the answer. I have made it several times and it is the bomb. Great banana flavor, moist with a crunchy top.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9 x 13 baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray, set aside.
In a medium bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt.
In stand mixer fitted with a paddle, mash the bananas until they become liquefied. Mix in butter until combined and then mix in sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla. With the mixer on low, carefully add flour mixture and mix until just combined.
Prepare the streusel by combining all the ingredients in a medium bowl, cut the butter in with a pastry cutter until a coarse crumb forms. NOTE: Freezing and grating the butter really makes making the streusel easy.
Pour 1/2 of the batter into the prepared pan. Top with 1/3 of the streusel. Cover the filling with the remaining batter and top with the remaining streusel. Bake for 50-55 minutes until the center is set and a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for at least an hour.
GLAZE: Once cool mix all the ingredients together and drizzle onto cake.
