Suggest a better descriptionIn skillet, brown beef, salt and crushed garlic; drain. Add cumin, oregano, green chillies, taco sauce, sour cream and vinegar. Melt butter in 8" skillet. Dip both sides of each tortilla into butter; drain off excess. Mound1/3c filling on center of tortilla. Fold tortilla in envelope fashion. Place seam side down in ungreased baking dish. Bake at 500 degrees until crispy, about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven for a few seconds.
