This recipe will make 8 meals that serve 4 - 6 people each. The can be frozen the cooked in the slow cooker when needed
Place 1 1/2 pounds of meat in each bag. Add 1 1/2cups chopped onion, 2 cups carrots, 2 cups peas, 1 minced garlic Clove. Mix dry ingredients and distribute evenly between bags. Press out excess air and freeze. To cook place in slow cooker, add potatoes, and enough water to cover the thawed ingredients. Cook on low for about 8 hours. Good served with homemade dumplings
I prefer to use beef broth instead of water
