Beef Stroganoff Bowl
Melt butter in skillet over medium heat then add mushrooms and cook for 5 - 10 minutes until tender.
Remove the mushrooms from the skillet and add the ground beef, onions, broth and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until beef is browned.
Add lemon juice, paprika and cooked mushrooms and stir to combine. Heat to a simmer and remove from heat.
Stir in the sour cream.
Serve over mashed potatoes or cauli.
