Suggest a better descriptionBrown onions thinly sliced, garlic in butter. Add mushrooms and brown. Remove to bowl. Leave drippings. Then brown sirloin cut into strips and sprinkle with flour. Add beef bouillon, salt, pepper and worchestershire. Cook low heat 15 min. Add onions and mushrooms and sour cream(room temp) before serving.
