Suggest a better description1. Cook pasta according to directions, omitting salt.
2. Combine broth, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, tomato paste, 1/2 tsp salt & 1/4 tsp pepper.
3. Heat oil in pan over medium-high heat. Sprinkle beef with salt and pepper and cook 3 1/2 minute per side. Remove beef from pan.
4. Add onions & mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes until mushrooms are tender. Stir in flour, cook for 1 minute stirring constantly. Stir in broth mixture and cook 1 minute until slightly thick, 1 minute.
5. Cut beef into thin strips, return to pan. Stir in pasta, sour cream and parsley. Cook 1 minute until thoroughly heated.
