Melt butter in a large frying pan over medium heat
Add onion, meat, garlic, salt and pepper and cook until meat is browned and onions are tender
Add wine and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
Add mushrooms, cover pan and cook 10 additional minutes
Add parsley and sour cream, stir and cook on low for 2 minutes to warm
Serve hot over rice or noodles
