Old delicious family favourite!

Cut up steak into strips or cubes.
Heat Oil in frying pan (enough to coat the bottom of the pan).
In small bowl mix garlic and onion powders and parsley into flour. (Approx 1 tsp each spice to one cup of flour).
Coat meat in flour mixture and fry in oil until all sides of strips have browned.
Remove meat from pan and put into a bowl or plate lined with paper towels to absorb leftover grease.
Bring large pot of salted water to boil and add pasta. Cook until pasta is done and drain.
While pasta is cooking, add 1 heaping tablespoon of cornstarch and 1/2 cub of beef bouillon to 1/3 cup of water. Mix until smooth.
Add water to liquid mixture until it measures one cup. Pour it into frying pan and whisk or stir continuously to it stays smooth. It will thicken quickly as it cooks. Scrape up bits of meat and flour and continue to stir.
Add one can of Cream of Mushroom soup to pan and stir into liquid mixture until all is smooth and thick. Add two tablespoons of sour cream and blend into sauce. If desired, add small amount of wine into sauce and blend.
Add meat back into pan and coat with sauce mixture.
Spoon meat and sauce over pasta and serve.
