Crock pot easy and everyone loves this dish.
Directions:
Place beef, onion, soup, garlic, red wine, pepper + one soup can full of water into crockpot.
Cover and cook on low 9-10 hours or until beef is very tender.
I usually pour the crock pot into a pan on the stove to quickly bring it to a boil. Add cubed cream cheese and stir until fully melted. Stir in sour cream . Serve beef stroganoff over noodles or rice.
