Heat oil and cook onions and mushrooms over medium low heat 7-10min
Remove from pan and set aside
Add steak to pan and quickly fry on high for 3-5 min
Add alcohol, stock,mustard, Bay leaf, salt pepper, Worcestershire sauce till alcohol burns off
Lower heat to medium
Add back mushroom and onions and cook till bubbly
Turn off and add sour cream parsley
Serve over noodles
