My mom made this for us when we were kids. This is now one of Jamie and Cole's favorites. Great comfort food. Service with romaine salad.

1. Begin heating water for noodles.
2. Brown hamburger and onion. Drain grease.
3. Add flour, salt, pepper, mushrooms and water to desired consistency.
4. Cook 5 minutes over medium heat, uncovered.
5. Add noodles to boiling water and cook according to instructions.
6. Add soup and simmer 10 minutes.
7. Drain noodles when done.
8. Stir in sour cream and cooked noodles.
9. Sprinkle with parsley (optional).
