Yummy creamy beef pasta dish
Boil water and put pasta on
Chop onion, then lightly brown with some oil
Add beef strips until cooked through
Add in beef stock and mushrooms, cover and simmer for 3-5mins
Add tomato paste, stir well.
Take pasta off the stove and serve.
Just before putting the meat on the pasta add in the cream.
Pasta is really nice with some parsley and butter
