Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 425 degrees. Melt butter in 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
Mix baking mix, paprika, salt and pepper in a Zip-loc bag; add chicken and shake until coated. Remove chicken and shake off excess. Place skin sides down in dish (dish and butter will be hot).
Bake 35 mins; turn chicken. Bake about 15 min longer or until juice is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
High Altitude: Bake 40 min; turn chicken. Bake about 20 min longer.
