Suggest a better descriptionPeel cuc & cut in half lengthwise, scrape out seeds. Dice cuc, put in large bowl. Chop onion, rinse it & drain. Rinse & stem tomatoes & chile, chop tomatoes, mince chile. Add onion, tomatoes, chile, peas, cilantro to cuc. Season w/ S&P, mix well. 30 mins before serving add lemon juice.
