Arrange shrimp in a single layer in a baking dish, drizzle lime juice over the shrimp with a pinch of salt and set aside
In a medium bowl blend remaining ingredients, breaking apart any large chunks of blue cheese. Adjust the exact amount of blue cheese to taste.
Pour blue cheese mixture over shrimp and bake 10-15 minutes depending on size of shrimp. Shrimp should be a nice pink color and opaque
Can then be served by itself or over soba, spinach, rice or ????.
Garnish with paprika to taste
