2: Gently mix blueberries, sugar, flour, cinnamon, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a large bowl. Transfer to chilled crust. Dot with butter pieces. Cover with top crust, crimp edges. Chill until dough is firm, 30 mins. Heat oven to 425.
3: Egg wash crust. Score the pie with 4 cuts. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350, bake for another 30-40 mins until juices are bubbling. Let cool completely before serving.
