A great cake with either fresh or frozen blueberries
Preheat oven to 325 degrees . Grease 10 inch tube pan with 2 tbs melted butter. Spinkle pan with 1/4 cup sugar.
Mix in bowl 2 3/4 cups flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside..
In large bowl cream togather butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla.
Gradually add flour mixture. Dredge blueberries in 1/4 cup flour . Add to misture as well as pecans..Pour into pan
Bake in oven about 70- to 80 minutes untill tester comes out clean. Let cool on rack for 10 minutes. Losen around center and edge with thin knife. Turn out and let cool completely.
Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice. Drizzle over cake and let cool
