Preparation: *Grate the frozen butter and put back in the frizzer.
1. Mix all dry ingredients together plus the lemon zest together.
2. Quickly whisk everything together.
3. Mix the wet ingredients together.
4. Add the butter to the dry ingredients and mix.
5. Mix the dry and the wet ingredients together.(not for to long)
6. Spread the flour on the counter top.
7. Dump the dough and knead it quickly about about 6 to 7 turns until comes together in a kind of shaggy mass.
8. Roll it out in to 30cm square (12inch).
9. Fold it in to thirds, and than in to thirds again making a little square.
10. Dust a plate with more flour for the dough and put back in the fridge for about 5 minutes.
11. Roll it out again for about 30cm.
12. Add the frozen Blueberries and press agains the dough.
13. Start rolling it in to a nice tight log and than make it flat in to 4inch wide.
14. Cut in to 4 equal pieces and than each piece in to a triangle.
15. Brush them with a lithe bit of butter and add some sugar or brush with a mix of egg yolk and a bit of milk an then sugar on top.
16. Backe them for about 18 to 25 minutes in to 220°C.
