These are so easy and quick and very good! I wanted to use up some canned peaches and they worked just fine although the recipe calls for fresh.
Over medium heat melt the butter in a non-stick skillet. Place peaches into melted butter and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the sugar begins to caramelize.
With a fork, flip each peach slice and cook for another 2 minutes until lightly browned, tender and caramelized. Serve immediately.
Wonderful served over frozen ice cream or yogurt.
