Wrap one sausage in each bread, pressing the bottom edge of the bread to seal.
In shallow dish, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon to combine.
Preheat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in the bottom
Dip 8 bread wrapped sausages into the egg mixture and place in the hot butter.
Cook and rotate the pigs to create golden blankets on each side.
Remove for pan and repeat with remaining.
Serve warm with powdered sugar and maple syrup.
