Suggest a better description1) Preheat oven to 425 F
2) Dice potato into 3/4" chunks
3) Mix in bowl with salt, pepper, paprika, and olive oil
4) Spread onto cooking pan w/ parchment paper or aluminum foil
5) Bake for 15 minutes
6) Take out and mix. Place back into oven for another 15 minutes
