Very simple, healthy wraps
1. Place chicken into a container that has a lid
3. On top of chicken add diced garlic, salt & pepper
4. Squeeze juice of 1 lemon into container
5. Place lemon slices on top of chicken/garlic mixture
6. Put lid on and marinate in fridge overnight or minimum 2 hours
7. When ready to cook add a small amount of oil to a medium/high heat fry pan and cook through
Serve with in wraps with salad, no sauce required as will be bursting with flavour
