Seasoned chicken wings oven baked and coated in Buffalo sauce
Pre-heat oven to 425.
Separate drum sticks from wings, and place on an aluminum foil-covered baking pan with the skin facing up. Combine salt, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, baking powder into a bowl and mix. Sprinkle seasoning over wings.
Bake wings in middle rack for a total of 30 minutes, rotating the wings half way through (skin side always up).
Place wing sauce in a mixing bowl.
Confirm internal temp over 165 degrees. Transfer immediately to sauce bowl and toss gently. Close lid and let set for 5 minutes before serving.
